[CannotCreateCustomizationDomainException]

Mar 5 at 6:35 PM
Hello,

I'm trying to open an Excel file created by my teacher in an online course, with another computer and it has been impossible. I get this message of error. The link with help at Microsoft.com is not available. Does anybody know what can I do to open the file?
