Revisiting the possibility of adding Silverlight Support

Jun 25, 2009 at 8:21 PM

A few months back I inquired about the possibility of a Silverlight version of NodeXL and at the time it was said that it was something that you wanted to do but it wasn't currently on the roadmap.  I wanted to drop back in to see if supporting Silverlight has a place on your roadmap yet, and if so where it fits.  And if not, who needs to be bribed in order to get it added :)  I'd really love to use NodeXL in a web environment to create interactive network visualizations, is there any chance of that happening in the near'ish future?

PS - I'd be willing to lend a hand in the development

Thank you for the continued interest in NodeXL.

The web interface work item you want remains on our pending list.  It is rising in priority, but it is not slated for implementation in the coming months.  Please contact me directly via email to set up a time to talk - maybe we can find a way to coordinate this work in a closer time frame.  I can be reached at marc dot smith at Telligent (com).
