Unable to modify saved files

After saving a document, I am unable to modify it after reopening.  All my data remains but the graph disappears and I cannot use any of NodeXL features.

The following is the error message:

Customization does not have the permissions required to create an application domain.

The saved workbook you are attempting to reopen must be in one of Excel's "trusted locations."  See "About Excel's Trusted Locations" at http://nodexl.codeplex.com/Thread/View.aspx?ThreadId=72820.
