Curious, can these animations be done with NodeXL?

Gource is a software version control visualization tool.

Only in a very crude way, by manually setting the vertex locations and calling NodeXLControl.Draw() from a timer event handler.  It currently can't be done via WPF's elegant Animation classes and dependency properties.

Animation wasn't one of our priorities and so I didn't build the capability for it into the control, although there is nothing stopping it from being added in a future version.

Tony,

Animation would be a very powerful tool, and I think it would be
worthwhile to at least consider adding it to your to do list. I realize
that it is a non-trivial enhancement, but I, for one, would be able to
make good use of it.

Yup, I second that.  Unfortunately I'm not a programmer though :(
