I'm a new NodeXL user and I am working on a project about research collaboration of a particular community. I was wondering if NodeXL can calculate Assortativity based on node characteristics like institution of employment or geographic region. These are characteristics I have already assigned to all the nodes in my network and I want to see if individuals collaborate more with others from their institution or if there seems to be more cross-institutional collaboration.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

unfortunately NodeXL does not calculate Assortativity, but it look like a good feature to include in the future!
