Thank you for the interest in NodeXL.
After the network has been displayed in the graph pane (at least once) the X and Y location values of each vertex are available in the Vertices worksheet of the NodeXL workbook.
By default these values are not displayed, however.
To reveal the "Layout" attributes of each Vertex, select:
You should then see that there is a set of columns visible in the Vertices worksheet of the NodeXL workbook:
Layout Order X Y Locked? Polar R Polar Angle
You may copy or modify the X and Y values from this part of the worksheet.
