Yes. Please install the latest version, which you can find here:

http://nodexl.codeplex.com/releases

Note that you have to uninstall your old version before you can install the latest version. This is a one-time requirement; from now on, NodeXL will automatically update itself without requiring any action from you.

Unfortunately, I cannot uninstall NodeXL using the "Uninstall or change program" method in Win 7. I get an error that "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. YOu can see the error in the following screen capture:

Hello, Alan:

Try this:

1) Download NodeXL_1.0.1.248.zip from http://nodexl.codeplex.com/releases/view/110574. I had to resurrect this obsolete release, and it will only be available for a short period.

2) Unzip it into any folder.

3) Run Setup.exe.

4) Select the "Uninstall" option from the setup screen. (Or maybe it's "Remove"; I can't remember.)

Tony,

Thank you for the older installation package. Before I tried that I wen tto http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall and tried the MS Fixit software which worked, allowing me to uninstall previous versions of NodeXL. Specifically, the MS software that worked for me was:
MicrosoftFixit.ProgramInstallUninstall.RNP.1325417532239242.2.1.Run.exe

Thank you again for your help.

Best,
Alan

Thanks for the pointer, Alan. You can usually uninstall NodeXL easily from "Programs and Features" (or "Add or Remove Programs" in XP), but it's good to know there is a tool that will fix things if something goes wrong.
