About Aggregate Overall Metrics

Hello NodeXL,

I am using the "Aggregate Overall Metrics" function to obtain multiple workbooks' metrics, however, I don't know how to get the metrics of "groups" of each dataset using this "aggregate overall metrics" button. Do you think NodeXL allows me to do so?

Thank you!

NodeXL's "Aggregate Overall Metrics" feature doesn't aggregate group metrics.  As far as I can tell, that concept doesn't make sense.

Every workbook has a modularity that is a single number, for example, and so we can get the modularity for each workbook and aggregate them in one row of a new workbook.  We do the same for edge counts, vertex counts, and so on.

However, every workbook does not have groups, and those that do might have different groups.  Furthermore, the group metrics for just one workbook consist of multiple columns and rows, and I don't know how such information for 10 workbooks, say, could be represented in a new workbook.  It seems like one would need a three-dimensional worksheet to do that.
