NodeXL and Yammer?

I was wondering if there is a way to import data from Yammer to NodeXL.

Thank you in advance for your answer!

Not that I know of.  However, I see that Yammer has a programming API (https://developer.yammer.com/api/), which a programmer could use to get data from Yammer and save it as GraphML, which NodeXL can import.  Alternatively, someone could use the API to create what's called a "graph data provider" for NodeXL, which is a plug-in component that appears in NodeXL's Import menu.  (See http://nodexl.codeplex.com/discussions/71182.)

Thank you very much for your answer. I will try to explore if someone has written a connector already. Would it be something beneficial for the community to work on this?

Yes, I would think so.  If you need this, it's likely that someone else could make use of it, too.
