NodeXL limited by max rows in Excel (1,048,576 rows)

I have data which goes upto 3,129,015 rows.

As per Excel capacity, we can not have rows beyond 1,048,576.

And generating graph with above 200,000 rocords becomes almost impossible.

Can somebody suggest ?

You might take a look at Microsoft PowerPivot, at  I haven't tried it myself.

I should warn you that NodeXL is not optimized for large graphs, meaning hundreds of thousands of vertices.  On 32-bit versions of Excel you may run out of memory, and some basic operations, such as refreshing the graph pane, are going to be painfully slow.
